Background of World's Children Day
20th November was first established a World Children’s Day in 1954. Since then it is celebrated each year in order to promote awareness among children worldwide and improving children's welfare. United Nations General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child. Mothers, fathers, teachers, doctors, nurses, government leaders and young people as well as children themselves, can play an important part in making World Children's Day relevant for their societies, communities and nations.
World Children's Day deals each of us an inspirational entry-point to support, encourage and celebrate children's rights, translating into dialogues and actions that will build a better world for children.
UN Secretary-General AntĂłnio Guterres’s quote regarding Children's day

What Do People Do on 20th November children’s day 2021?
Students in schools and other educational institutes create a special struggle to notify children of their rights according to the Declaration of the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. Teachers excite their students to think about the variances between themselves and others and enlighten the idea of “rights”. In countries where the rights of children are generally well-respected, teachers can draw attention to situations in countries where this is not the case.
In some areas UNICEF holds events to draw particular attention to children's rights. These may be to stimulate interest in the media around the world or to start nationwide campaigns, for instance on the importance of immunizations or breastfeeding.
This time children's day 2021 will be celebrated on 20th November, 2021
